Wrong supplies

We were sent a part for an electric heating system – It was the wrong part. They put the wrong one in the box – isn’t funny how a small error can cause so much trouble. The customers wife’s birthday today, I have to wait for the courier to swap over the boxes and then go fit the correct part. Hopefully this can be done easily, the job I planned for today will have to be put back and I’ll have to work late, all because, someone miles away did not concentrate on what they were packing.
